企業(yè)的經(jīng)營往往與單個項目合同分不開，而在單個項目合同的簽訂與執(zhí)行過程中，從具體談判的前期人員，到簽署合約的企業(yè)領(lǐng)導，還有執(zhí)行項目合同的普通員工都常常會遇到簡單的法律問題。而且，這類問題雖然是突發(fā)性的，卻往往需要及時給出法律方案或解決對策；而就單個項目需要解決的復雜法律問題而言，即使企業(yè)聘請了專業(yè)的律師，也需要在企業(yè)內(nèi)部選擇相關(guān)的員工與專業(yè)人員的配合，若配合無法做到絲絲入扣，則必然會降低處理問題的速度并影響最終效果。
